Beginnings is a year-round school.  Our summer program is theme-based and is a time of fun, games, water play, enrichment activities and continued learning.  We alternate our summer program themes to provide a variety of learning experiences for the children.

Over the years, our children have “traveled” to Africa, China, Australia, England, Ireland, Italy and many other countries.  They have experienced in depth learning about the United States, “traveling” across our diverse country, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Beginnings children have even “traveled” into outer space, learning about astronauts, spacecraft launches, planets and the heavens.

God’s world has been another theme for the summer program as we combined science and Biblical verses to teach children about astronomy, sea life, earth and minerals, plants, animals, ecology, weather, insects and human beings.
